Fading Roots is a lighting installation that explores humanity's fading connection with nature through a gradual shift in color. The piece transitions through four stages, beginning with vibrant, thriving hues that symbolize harmony and vitality, then gradually muting into subdued tones that reflect disruption and neglect. As the colors darken, they convey decay and deterioration, ultimately fading into near absence—symbolizing the complete severance of this bond. Engraved with an abstract geometric pattern inspired by plant cycles, the design reinforces the natural world's structured yet fragile existence. Through the psychological impact of color and minimal symbolism, Fading Roots invites contemplation on the consequences of our disconnect from nature
