Lumen Tetra is a sculptural table lamp that explores the interaction between light, form, and movement through a minimalist geometric structure. Inspired by celestial motion and architectural simplicity, this piece features a tetrahedral metal frame with a circular rotating reflector embedded within one of its triangular faces. At its core, the lamp harnesses indirect lighting, where an internal hidden LED source projects light upwards, which is then redirected by the adjustable disc. The disc's smooth rotation—controlled by a dial—allows users to manipulate how light is reflected and dispersed, creating dynamic illumination effects. This feature makes the piece both functional and interactive, giving the user control over the ambiance. Crafted from stainless steel or mild steel, the lamp balances brutalist strength with a refined aesthetic, offering a contrast between polished reflective surfaces and raw industrial edges. The final finish—whether brushed, polished, or blackened—adds depth to the material, enhancing its sculptural presence. More than just a lamp, Lumen Tetra is a play of shadow and light, a study in movement and reflection, and a statement in modern design. It transforms the traditional concept of illumination into an experiential and ever-evolving interaction with light.
