Metamorphosis is a sculptural installation crafted from mesh wire and papier-mâché, drawing inspiration from the transformation of a cocoon—an often unremarkable sight—into a butterfly, one of nature's most captivating creatures. Comprising three suspended elements arranged at progressively higher levels, the piece evokes the journey of metamorphosis. Embedded within are flickering lights that mimic the gentle, rhythmic movement of a butterfly's wings. By enclosing these lights, the installation softens their effect, offering an elegant solution to the often harsh glare of LED flickering.
