"Rays of Light" is an interactive light installation that delves into the theme of Proximal Light, challenging how light serves as a medium to express closeness. Inspired by light as a universal symbol of transcendence, our installation features a circular structure adorned with intricate apertures. Furthermore, to make this interactive, we have integrated a unique symbolism: pieces without apertures will be placed on parts with apertures. The goal is for participants, one by one, to collaborate and move these pieces to allow the light to pass through the apertures. This interactive process symbolizes how long-distance and online connections require a collective effort to bridge distances and foster closeness. As participants engage with the installation, they embark on a shared journey toward understanding and unity, revealing hidden rays of light. Through its interactive elements and immersive atmosphere, 'Rays of Light' invites viewers to contemplate the mysteries of existence and the profound impact of light in creating intimate environments for interaction.
