The electrical wiring has been deconstructed. The Inner copper strands create two elliptical forms. They hang separately but together. The outer covering of the wire guides the mulberry paper forming a minimal shade for the two ellipses. The lights casts shadows on the walls, transforming the silhouettes of the two forms. This project has made me think about myself when it comes to design. How to make my work feel more proximal to the world around me. I asked myself if I am done. How will the light react in different spaces? What if there were no walls?
