Bound by light: Water splash, a moment of water drops on a smooth surface by a thin layer of air that can’t push the water aside, is created in such condition. As a night person, I always find nighttime the most effective to unleash my creation. Light, standing out from the darkness of night, serves as a connection between me and my drawing board. Pencils in hands wouldn’t move by themselves without a signal from brain, just like ideas wouldn’t come without a guidance from the light. Thereupon, a splash resembles the a moment where the ideas come to head and translate on the drawing board, transforming it into a world of blooming fantasy. As a rigid cube hits the surface of my drawing board, it scatters into particles, illuminating a subtle, instant moment to the audiences.
